By the time this session is over, you’ll know exactly what to do next and a plan customized to your situation.
Step 2: Sorting and Staging
Once you give us the green light, we roll up our sleeves. Our staff begins rummaging through what’s in the home, organizing, and preparing for the sale.

- Creating a safe and welcoming layout for shoppers
We bring the tables, displays, and supplies—we even vacuum if we need to. Presentation matters, and we know how to set the stage for a successful sale.
Step 3: Pricing and Research
Not sure what something’s worth? No problem. That’s our job.
How We Price:

Step 4: Marketing the Sale

You don’t need to be there—in fact, most families choose to take a step back. We’ve got it handled.
Step 6: Post-Sale Clean-Out Options
After the sell, there is always a little something left over. You have options, and we‘ll assist you in choosing what‘s best.
What We Can Do:
- Donate remaining items to local charities
- Haul away leftover trash and/or non-donatable items
