Wave Crest Cigar Box/Jar Humidor

Antique Opal glass jar made by C. F. Monroe Company (1886-1916), in the distinctive Wave Crest style.

The jar with its high relief mold of flowers and scrolls is painted pink and hand enameled with dainty blue flowers on top, front and back

The front has the word “Cigars” in Violet

The Brass collar/band has a keyhole, but the key is missing.

The Jar is hallmarked with one of their earlier style Trademarks in Red.

The hinge is tight and opens and closes properly.

The jar is in great antique condition with no chips, cracks or discolorations.
